Client Service Options
Many of our clients find that the staffing needs within their individual companies require unique solutions. We offer the following four options to meet the needs of your specific staffing requirements:
Retained Search is a full service option where your search consultant commits the majority of his or her time to filling your position. At a minimum, two candidates who meet or exceed your requirements are presented within sixty days. Retained Search is utilized at all levels when the need is of a critical nature. Terms and conditions of retained search:
- Exclusive Search and Selection Process
- Search is given priority over non-engaged searches
- We use MRI network to help fill positions quickly
- 1/3 fee due upon signing contract
- 1/3 fee due upon presentation of short list of candidates
- 1/3 fee due 10 days after the candidate start date
- Service charge is 30% of the estimated first year's compensation
- Candidates accepted for interviewing are exclusive for 30 days from last Interview date
- Free candidate reference checks
- Each position includes three, no-charge Conferview sessions
- Replacement guarantee is for 6 months
Priority Search is best utilized for positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. Your search consultant devotes the majority of his or her time to filling your position. Terms & conditions of priority search are:
- Exclusive Search and Selection Process
- Search is given priority over non-engaged searches
- We use MRI network to help fill positions quickly
- Service charge is 30% of the first year compensation
- 15 percent of the fee upon commencement of the search deducted off final service charge
- Final payment due within 10 days of the candidate start date.
- Free candidate reference checks
- Replacement guarantee is for 90 days
Contingency Search may be used for ongoing openings that are not urgent in nature. No financial commitment is required to initiate the search. Although this arrangement imposes no strong commitment on the part of the consultant or the client, it can be an effective business arrangement when both parties are in agreement. Terms and conditions of contingency search are:
- Limited priority on a search, we will keep our eyes open and refer candidates if we come across them. The quality of the candidates is not compromised.
- 30-35% of estimated first year's compensation including base salary, bonuses and commissions
- Full payment due within 10 days of candidate start date
- Replacement guarantee is 30 days
- No exclusivity of candidates is offered
Project Search is a guaranteed option when your needs are for ten or more candidates. A project team is selected to handle all openings simultaneously, insuring quality control standards that include the delivering of candidates in your time frame. Replacement guarantee is 90 days. Terms and conditions of project search are based on the difficulty of the search, the availability of candidates, time required for the process and the number of positions. This search will include our Search and Selection Process and requires an Engagement Fee (to be negotiated).
